MONTA VANDERE
After graduating Latvian Academy of Culture subprogramme Modern Dance Choreography (leading by Olga Zhitluhina) in 2007, Monta Vandere joined several friends in creating contemporary dance project ANATOMY OF DANCE in Latvia, Riga. Now she is a student in the Daugavpils University, MA studies, programme audiovisual arts pedagogy. Since 2007 she is teaching and making choreography in dance studio “Dzirnas” and also in the interest centre of education “RJTC”.
AGNESE BORDJUKOVA
Agnese Bordjukova is a Latvian contemporary dance performer and choreographer. She has graduated from Latvian College of Culture (2003) and Latvian academy of Cultere subprogramme Modern Dance Choreography (leading by Olga Zhitluhina) (2007). Since 2003 she has been working as a freelanced dancer and choreographer. In 2003 she joined “Z.I. Temp Dance” (choreographer Ilze Zirina). In 2007 she joined several friends in creating contemporary dance project ANATOMY OF DANCE in Latvia, Riga.
ELINA GAITJUKEVICA
Elina Gaitjukevica is a Latvian contemporary dance performer, teacher and choreographer. She is a leader of the Ritms Dance Company since 2000, but works as an independent choreographer, too. In 2007 Elina together with several friends has founded a contemporary dance project ANATOMY OF DANCE- a platform for the local young choreographers and dancers that results in a demonstration of newly staged performances approximately twice in a year. She has graduated from the Latvian Academy of Culture, Contemporary Dance department (2007), as well as got additional education by participating in American Dance Festival (USA, 2004), ImPulsTanz (AUS, 2008) and TSEKH 06`07` (RUS). „DanceWEB Europe„ scholarship recipient in 2009. Her works were part of several Latvian dance festivals, including Latvian Theatre Showcase 2009, and New Baltic Dance Festival in Vilnius, Lithuania.
SINTIJA SILINA
After graduating Latvian Academy of Culture subprogramme Modern Dance Choreography (leading by Olga Zhitluhina) in 2007, she joined several friends in creating contemporary dance project “Anatomy of Dance” in Latvia, Riga which is her main focus in dance for now. Since 2005 she is equally teaching and making choreographies in dance studio “Intriga” as well as in dance studio “Ritms” next to being independent choreographer. Extra education received in several workshop and summer school sessions like: ”Bates Dance Festival” (USA, 2008), ”Dance Omi International Dance Collective” residency for choreographers (USA, 2008), “Tseh” (RUS, 2006) and ”ImPulsTanz” (AUS, 2005). „DanceWEB Europe” scholarship recipient in 2007. Interactive event „Day of Dance” 06, 07, 08 organization in Riga, Latvia. Latest interest is turned into researching the choreography and its interaction with environment, other art forms etc.
